About the Space

A fully furnished luxury 5400ft villa in a very quite location. With open floor plan, indoor outdoor living/ lounge areas, soaring ceilings and lots of natural lights, it is perfect for photo/video/ film productions, events, and even meetings. Please note the full usable areas include: Front Yard, Common Area Restroom, High-Ceiling Foyer and Living Room with pool table and foosball, Dining Area, Kitchen, Backyard Patio, Pool/Hot Tub. *Upstairs access is not included* If there is a change to anything you may want access to before, during, or after your booking please contact us right away. There is a garage that can fit 1 car and driveway that can fit 2 cars each (3 cars total). IMPORTANT: Make sure not to block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway, you will be ticketed. This is a sleek contemporary home on a prime tree-lined street in West Hollywood/ Melrose/ Hollywood!

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful house! It was perfect for our cocktail birthday party. Steven was very helpful from beginning with booking the space through end of the night. Would definitely book another event here in future!

Host was easy to get a hold of at all the times i needed him. House was beautiful and bigger than i expected. Party for 30 people went very smoothly, everyone had a great time and had good space for catering as well. Will gladly come back again in the future!

Great experience. Some of the outdoor lights were not cut on and I did know how to turn them on. If you are reserving in the evening, remember to ask how to turn them on. Both Steven and Nicole were really nice. I was late and they adjusted my time. I would reserve this property again.
