There is a dedicated strip of free street parking lining the entire block in front of the house. There's also a vacant convenience store on the corner and a church across the street, both with parking lots.

• No smoking or drugs allowed on the premises. • No animals unless approved by owner. • Nothing allowed that will leave a permanent mark (e.g., taping to walls) or smell. • Outside food/drink/catering permitted on a case-by-case basis. • Any overtime will be billed at a 2X rate. If you feel you’ll need extra time, consider booking a little longer to protect yourself against overages. This property is also our primary residence and we plan our days/nights around the hours booked. • Please do not use barware or glassware. • Please do not get into beds. If beds have to be used, then please lay a blanket on top of comforter so our bedding is not touched. • Please replace furniture/items/decor as they were originally found. • After your reservation, please take trash and recycling out to trashcans behind the house. • Recycling is only cardboard, plastic and aluminum in green bins. • Please bag trash and put in brown bin outside. • Prices and hours may vary on holidays.
