About the Space

Fantastic indoor/outdoor space perfect for interviews, production, events, photoshoots, music videos, corporate events, dinner parties and more. We've hosted celebrities and film productions, both large and small. Easy load-in and load-out through the attached garage. Tall ceilings, lots of texture. Our 500 sqft Guest house also included that has an indoor, outdoor bar perfect for bartenders. There's also a mini speak-easy bar inside. The guest house is easy to re-stage and set decorate to your pleasing. House amenities include, outdoor firepit, swing set chairs, outdoor shower, pocket doors that open the whole space. Kitchen includes 2 ovens, a microwave, 6 burners, and a griddle. Location is excellent: Between Venice and Lincoln, 1 block from Costco. The guest house is included with use of the space, however other bedrooms (such as master) are not included but can discuss for additional charge.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:

  • Space has additional space outdoors

We held a soundbath with 16 people that was amazing. Aaron was incredible and moved furniture to make sure everything was perfect for us. Would certainly come back to the space!

This is a beautiful event space in the heart of Venice. We used this to host 30 friends and family for our baby shower and it was the perfect space for the event. There is plenty of room in the main common area and kitchen for entertaining and relaxing, and the interior decorations and artwork were a huge hit with our guests. The backyard was the perfect place for about 15-20 of our guests to hang out, eat/drink, and relax in the sun with background music playing. The host was wonderful and communicated really well leading up to and during the event making the whole process very smooth and enjoyable.

The space was beautiful. Taught a yoga & breathwork class in the living room and my group of 15 fit perfectly. Aaron was so friendly and accommodating--made it so easy!

No, I would not book again.

The space was beautiful, however, the home owners still had Christmas decor up following the holidays for this 1/12/23 shoot which ate up about 30 minutes of our time (moving the tree, moving the lights out of the way, which is return resulted in OT). Most brands are shooting for SP/SU during this time in which there should not be holiday decor up, or it should at least be communicated out to the brand/renter. Following the shoot, the home owner then made a comment about us picking up the 'fallen pine needles' from the decor that was up in January and shouldn't have been there to begin with. This was a disappointment.
