About the Space
Fantastic indoor/outdoor space perfect for interviews, production, events, photoshoots, music videos, corporate events, dinner parties and more. We've hosted celebrities and film productions, both large and small. Easy load-in and load-out through the attached garage. Tall ceilings, lots of texture. Our 500 sqft Guest house also included that has an indoor, outdoor bar perfect for bartenders. There's also a mini speak-easy bar inside. The guest house is easy to re-stage and set decorate to your pleasing. House amenities include, outdoor firepit, swing set chairs, outdoor shower, pocket doors that open the whole space. Kitchen includes 2 ovens, a microwave, 6 burners, and a griddle. Location is excellent: Between Venice and Lincoln, 1 block from Costco. The guest house is included with use of the space, however other bedrooms (such as master) are not included but can discuss for additional charge.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We’re already trying to find another excuse for a party that would require renting this space! Set up was so easy, and Aaron & Michael, made arrival & departure a breeze. The space easily fit our ~25 person group, and we were able to arrange a few things in the layout to accommodate things we brought in. We brought everything we needed, but the hosts were so helpful in showing us what we could use + where replacements were for anything that we may have forgotten. Many people asked if we lived there - we wish! The space is beautiful put together, totally accessible, and a dream hosting spot. Can’t wait to return.
