About the Space
Business meetings, wedding and baby showers, photo shoots, election parties, birthday parties, employee celebrations are all events NW 118TH Terrace can offer as the perfect venue. The space surrounded by floor to ceiling widows. The décor is modern and very user friendly, the seating can be spread out or brought together for your gathering. The lighting is eclectic and unique, and there is a large picture frame to take selfies or professional photographs. There are bright colors and plenty of tables and chairs.

No smoking in the townhome, outside catering is allowed, beer and wine are allowed, hard liquor is allowed only with a licensed bar tender and security guard.
Friday - Sunday, we require a 2 hour minimum for all events.

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
