About the Space

Gorgeous, quintessential open plan studio Bushwick apartment space perfect for any type of shoot. Bucket loads of natural light which is lovely and soft in the morning then direct in the afternoon through golden hour. The space is pre-dressed and ready to shoot. It's minimally decorated with lots of greenery. Midcentury modern inspired living room. Bedroom which can be completely hidden away -- perfect for a bedroom shoot or to use as a changing space. There's a fully stocked, airy kitchen which is available for use. Perfect for a cooking or recipe shoot. While on set, there's plenty of space to store production supplies and gear while shooting. We also have a 107in seamless installed with black or blue available for use. As the space is located right in the heart of Bushwick there are plenty of amazing exterior shoot spots within a 3 minute walk from the front door.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

this space was nothing short of amazing! between the natural light and curated decor, it was the perfect spot for our shoot. the hosts also had great communication and kept a very clean space. 10/10!

This space was perfect for my photoshoot. The photos listed on the booking were very accurate and I was able to plan my photos ahead of the shoot date. The natural light coming in from the windows allowed me to capture some great photos.
