* Please note that a Site Representative and possible Parking Attendant must be added for all meetings, productions and events, even in the case of an Insta-Book.* Welcome to our 5,000 sq ft Black Box Facility—a newly renovated studio with 18-ft ceilings and climate control. It features two large garage doors for easy access, modern amenities like two bathrooms, green rooms, and a kitchenette. Polished floors and stylish furnishings create a professional atmosphere, complemented by convenient parking. Also enjoy our onsite brewery-bar with a beer and wine license, alongside a food truck offering Peruvian-Japanese fusion cuisine. An optional outdoor patio with cozy seating is available for outdoor shoots or events (additional fees apply). Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This venue is absolutely outstanding and beautiful. We hosted a Great Gatsby Party here without and issues. The site rep and many people including Ruben from the venue were very communicative and informative. We had a parking attendant who helped all our guest park. We had a parking issue that was without fault of the venue and they took care of the matter immediately. I would absolutely recommend this venue 10/10
