About the Space
5000 SQF Black Box Facility with 18 ft ceilings, climate controlled, 2 huge garage doors to bring in props, equipment and cars with freshly polished black floors, stylish furniture, 4 bathrooms, open street for only us. Parking right in front of the studio and around the building, a unique Brewery serving as Bar for cocktails with Beer and wine license and a delicious food truck with Peruvian\ Japanese food mix or food menu can be change to your needs. Outdoor patio with cozy lightning and furniture to bring in your video/ photo productions, team meetings, gatherings and more. ***Note*** Floor plan of the Black Box will change in the next 3 months. We will be bringing in bigger Ac units, building 1 office, 2 more bathrooms, 1 conference room and a small lunch room.

Carlos worked with us so we could stay within our budget, while still proving delicious options for our staff and guests. Ruben was the perfect host and very accommodating! Would highly recommend!
