COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
After every occupancy, staff thoroughly cleans space up to standard. All tables and chairs are wiped clean and washed. Every glass is run through the dishwasher and is fully cleaned and shined individually.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space
We are a local brewery that take pride in our craft beers and building. We have a great amount of space in a beautiful historic area. The building is named after president Nixon who went to Whittier College. It's an upscale serving hall. It's right in the heart of Whittier in Uptown. It's very popular for shooting movies and films. We've had yoga on the patio or a pop up for our local business owners. It can hold up to ~600 people.

Parking is very close by. About 100 cars fit. Any overflow there is a parking structure walking distance. It's about a 3 minute walk

Security cameras and recording devices
The security cameras are there for protection. We have them there to watch any guests that may be causing a scene or becoming aggressive
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
