Beautiful House with Backyard in Studio City

About the Space Welcome to our Little House in Studio City! ABOUT US We are a young couple with no children renting our house. As professionals in the film industry, we would be happy to host and accommodate any of your projects. We initially designed the living room for photo/video shoots but you are more than welcome to utilize our music studio, kitchen, backyard or bedroom as well. We host it all! Currently, our STRONG preference is projects with LESS THAN 10 people. Due to high demand for the space, and respect for the neighborhood, larger headcount will pay more regardless of still/film/event. That said, we're flexible and we'll always try our best to make a project work for the right price. PARKING/LOGISTICS One of the best features of the location is THE LOCATION, we are situated at the heart of Studio City, yet we have a wide low traffic street with lots of free parking. We also have one space in the driveway that is available for load in/drop off. Aside from street sweeping (Tues/Weds mornings 8am-10am) and garbage day (Monday morning) their is usually 3-5 empty parking spaces around the house. There are no stairs other than the two steps to get up to the front door and the location provides easy load-in/load out. It is also a very private space (and relatively quiet) space that can accommodate boudoir/nudity around the house and in the backyard without disruption or view from neighbors. For rentals, you will have full access to house with full privacy as needed, though we will typically check-in with the shoot at the beginning to walk through the space, and 30 minutes before the end of booking to confirm you're on schedule and don't need to pay for extra time! Location is pretty much available AS IS, light set dressing is fine, but we're not interested in projects requiring moving larger furniture. We have some extra lighting equipment (softboxes, led panels, prop lamps, green screen) available for an extra small fee and we also have musical instruments and a fully equipped recording studio (with an acoustical treated vocal both) available upon request. We also have a professional haze machine, cameras and lenses available for rent as well. We're proud to be one of the most affordable houses available for filming in the area. PLEASE REACH OUT IF...
