About the Space
Our Craftsman has very large windows that provide natural light. We have had several "interview" type groups use our open floor concept for that purpose. From the living room, through the dining room, and into the very large, open kitchen, this home is extremely open. The 10'-12' ceilings make the home feel even larger. This home is minutes from the Harry S Truman Presidential Library and Museum, The Truman Home, Independence Square, Community of Christ World Headquarters, and near LDS Visitors Center, Mormon Walking Tour, and Liberty Jail. St. Mary's Catholic Church and Parish are just a couple blocks away as well. Fast wifi – 119 Mbps Central air conditioning

Parking description
3 vehicles can fit on the driveway next to the home. There is additional parking in the rear of the home that could fit another 3-4 vehicles.
General Rules
-Late checkout without prior approval will be charged $25 every 15 minutes.
-Please do not smoke inside the house.
-Evidence of smoking in the home (smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) will receive a $250 fee for smoke abatement.
-Open flames are not allowed anywhere on the property.
-Consumables/toiletries are for use by guests while in the home.
-The Wi-Fi password will be sent to you once your trip was confirmed. If you do not receive it, please reach out to me.
-All guests are to be registered or accounted for through the hosting platform.
Unregistered guests will incur a penalty of $250 per person
-The TV is a smart TV with Roku, Hulu, and other streaming services available
Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and other apps are available (you may need to input your username/password - don’t forget to log out)
-The first aid kit is in the drawer at the end of the peninsula.
-The fire extinguisher is next to the desk.
-There are 3 exits to the house:
Front door
Sliding door in master bedroom
Back door off of kitchen
-There is a modified crawl space for a basement. Unless there is inclement weather in the area, the basement is off limits to guests.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- No illegal activity is allowed and is cause for immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.
- Unauthorized animals will be cause for immediate cancellation of reservation and a $250 fee.
-UPON CHECKOUT: Place used dishes in dishwasher and start the cycle, We will empty. Please leave all sheets on the beds and the beds unmade (this allows our cleaning staff to quickly take inventory). Turn off all lights and electronics.

There are video cameras on the exterior of the home for security purposes only.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaners follow the CDC guidelines after each reservation.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
