About the Space
A huge sunlit loft space filled with mid-century modern furniture. It would be perfect for photo shoots or video shoots. Theres is also an art studio in the spare bedroom and I could be open to renting that out monthly. The space can come furnished or things can be moved out of the way for a shoot. There is tons of natural light. The common area has 6 windows and the bedrooms each have two. There is also a commercial grade kitchen with all the proffesional amenities if a cooking show is what you are looking to film. We also have have some photo equipment available to rent for an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
