Minutes walk from the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Downtown Studio with tons of natural light. Great for small parties, baby showers, photoshoots, and pop up shops! $60/hr - Weekdays $80/hr - Weekends Clean space with white walls. Great location in the center of the city. Tables, Chairs, and backdrops available for an extra charge! Clean bathroom. Freshly painted walls and newly finished floors. ***** We have a limited number of Tables and Chairs for rent. 4 Tables and 25 Chairs. The tables are $8 Each. The Chairs are $2 Each. 4 Tables, 4 tablecloths, and 25 Chairs rented all together for the discounted rate of $75. **** We have a microphone and speaker available. The speaker and microphone play songs from your phone. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Space was nice but smaller then I thought… communication was terrible he did not inbox back or answer the phone number provided .. space was not cleaned and ready until after my start time .. we stayed over the time to help clean up and was charged an extra hour .. other then that the space was great , owner was not

No, I would not book again.

First let me start off by saying I have never experienced a horrible booking until I booked this place. From the jump we tried to view the location we were told "Everything you need to see you can see outside the window". We came back again to see if we could look inside to map things out and the owner never showed up after he said he was 30 minutes away. Fast forward to our booking day we never met the owner, disgusting customer service, bathrooms were very dirty, the air was not working during our booking and the host gave us such a hard time. It was 80 degrees in Atlanta the day of our event. The host says its 71 inside the building we take a picture the thermostat was on 76. We explained it was very host that guests started to leave. Instead of coming down to check on it or help us he did nothing. He called us "You people" Which is very racist and went back and fourth with me in the chat. The host had horrible communication skills and I am currently working with a manger at Peerspace because this is unacceptable. He also threatened to charge my card when we did nothing wrong. I have video we of the place, pictures and everything. BEWARE of this owner. Disgusting
