About this space For a chic, luxurious and comfortable stay in the most sought after neighborhood in Austin, only three miles from DT. This gorgeous home is a brand new build with new appliances and new furniture. It's perfect for families with kids or couples who want a big home to themselves. It comes complete with smart home / (4) tv's , private parking, upscale modern furniture, and multiple communal areas. The space The house is very large with plenty of space for your family. Two of the bedrooms are set up for kids, we also have a very comfortable air mattress that can be set up in one of the rooms for more space. Great experience booking the House with Kevin. Easy and smooth. Answer all my questions and was able to host me and my photographer in no better way thane he did. Not only was the space fantastic, Kevin, the host was incredibly responsive. Kevin was very thoughtful and aware of how photoshoots work. He let us know about some holiday deco they had up in case we wanted to change dates and then the day of we had stormy weather and he asked if we wanted to push out the date due to a potential lack of natural light. It all worked out great, and would definitely come back to book the home again!
