Inside, you'll find a big foyer, open staircase, 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and a new modern stylish open concept kitchen with large island. Master, teenager, kid, and baby bedrooms, home office/study, upstairs laundry and dramatic all black basement theatre room. Spacious, clean, clutter-free and bright with a large window wall (equipped with blackout blinds) facing the backyard. Neutral furniture and décor that can easily be moved around to suit any production or event. Large backyard, patio with BBQ and private parking for 6 cars on circular driveway. Street parking is also available. All this just 10 minutes from downtown and steps to Lakeshore Blvd. in South Etobicoke.

Stunning space. Lots of light! Only issue was the one room we communicated that we needed for our shoot was locked up and used as storage, which took time out of our booking to figure out. Other than that, host was responsive and helpful.

The host got back to us really quickly and answered all our questions. Additionally, he was always reachable via mobile so it made it much easier to resolve any issues or questions. The location is really beautiful and as seen in the photos. The only trouble we had was the temperate control - it got really hot but it might be because we personally didn't know how to use the Nest controls. Besides that the location and host were amazing! Thanks again for hosting us!

Such an absolutely beautiful home with so many rooms — we used the space to photograph products in different settings and it didn’t even look like we were in the same home. So much space for various projects. Kind and responsive host. 10/10 recommend!
