About the Space
Stunning Estate Newport Beach 13,000 sq ft pool home with fantastic ocean view. The outside area is spectacular for afternoon and evening events. Stunning views of the Newport hills and ocean. Pool with a shallow infinity shelf and matching jacuzzi with changeable lights. A custom made 10 person table with built in fire pit. A koi pond with cascading waterfall and beautiful landscaping throughout. Perfect for photo shoots and for luxury weddings and events. Everything in this luxury estate is grand and over-sized. 5 bedroom 8 bathroom. Grand circular entrance with large circular stairway and huge chandelier with an upstairs circular balcony over-looking the grand entrance way and stairwell. Much of the furniture is custom made and oversized. The bed in the Master bedroom came from Cher and is much larger than a king size bed. Massive bathroom with his and her sides and a jacuzzi tub with curtains and chandelier with a beautiful ocean view. Balcony off the master bedroom wraps around with a spectacular view of homes in the Newport Hills and overlooks the stunning pool area below. Bar, wine cellar, library, office, pool hall, dining room, large oversize TV room, massive open kitchen and more. Huge Garage- elevator to underground 4000 sq ft garage and gym. Suitable for filming and high-end events up to 200 people. NOTE PRICING IS BASED ON NUMBER OF GUESTS. This section is set up for Films, however we will also do events for the following rates.
