Area is swept and cleaned with standard cleaning products.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a large open space that makes for easy lighting and switching between scenes. There are 2 open sets and one yoga room available for photo/video content. If shooting video please make sure to confirm prior to renting the space. The neighbor can be noisy and may cause ambient noise in your video during certain hours. After 5pm and over weekends are usually not an issue for noise but we will confirm with neighbor prior to booking.

The warehouse is lit from overhead lights. Most can be turned off completely if necessary.

During certain hours the neighbor does have ambient noise. Otherwise the space is an open warehouse space.

There is man door access. There is a roll up door as well but it is partially obscured by desks and product samples.
No staging area available

Areas outside of the areas shown in the photos are off limits.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Extension cords are required for equipment. Power supply is 110v.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved from locations with clean hands. Items must be replaced after shoot.

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras recording video in open spaces. Ample space for private changing.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
