This space is a 3000 Sq ft brick and beam loft that has amazing sun pouring through the three sides of windows all day long. Sunset is something to behold in this space as it literally is unobstructed and makes the place glow. There is direct sun into the unit from 10 AM until sunset. 17 ft ceiling with 9 ft factory loft windows allow the space to be a great option both for those sunny days as well as the cloudy ones. The space includes a fully functional/ shootable kitchen with a 10 ft concrete island and brick back wall. We have outfitted the space with all of the grip equipment you could need and offer a lot of premiums that make the space extremely functional for larger and smaller productions.
