You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment Our space is located in East Williamsburg. We have 800 sqft of space to use for your photoshoots, video-shoots. We are about a 15 minutes from Manhattan. We are a 8 minute walk from the Morgan Ave stop on the L train. The space is flooded with natural light and huge windows. *(This studio is located in the industrial side of Williamsburg so it may be noisy at times due to trucks passing by. So if you’re planing on recording audio during your session, I suggest you book your session after work hours/days.)* 11ft ceilings and south-east facing windows, great light throughout the day. 16 Seamless Paper 107inches long. 800 SquareFeet You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$12 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Finding the studio was very easy. I booked for a Friday and had to park 3 blocks down because this is an industrial area. All the codes worked perfectly & once inside everything looked exactly as pictured online. It began very cold but once we figured out the heat it got better. The directions on how to use everything was great. I did 4 outfit changes in 2.5 hours and used all four stations. We had a really great experience and would definitely book again.

Hasan’s space is great & exactly like the photos. The only thing I suggest to those who may be renting at night, be careful walking through the hallways; if there isn’t anyone else in the building, the lights in the hallways aren’t on. My business partner tripped on the steps and hit his head coming out of the studio. Other than that we enjoyed using the space and would rent again.
