The hourly rate includes a recording technician for the full duration of your session. Our Space Get creative in our fully loaded podcast studio (12’ x 19’), tricked out with all the tech toys you need or want to create your podcast. Flexible layouts that you can customize to your project includes tables and chairs. Two large windows overlooking downtown Toronto to gaze out for inspiration, or the windows can be blacked out for video recording sessions when necessary. The studio space also includes use of our lounge and kitchen. Located steps from the College subway station in downtown Toronto. Our location also has plenty of on-site underground parking ($7 half day, $15 full day) Our Production Ideal for audio and video podcast creation, live streaming or Zoom, Teams or WebEx meetings. Plenty of options for microphones, cameras, and lighting. Our studio manager will review your project with you and have everything setup and ready for when you arrive. You can just jump in and start creating. Our Extras Free coffee, tea, water, and snacks to keep your creativity powered up! 1Gbps high speed Internet with dual carrier redundancy Wired and Wireless Internet Access Printer and copier A great team of creative professionals ready to help you get started.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
