About the Space
Come check out the Nest, our charming 1930's cabin tucked away in the quiet forest by Lake Arrowhead. The Nest retains all the nostalgia of the era with modern creature comforts like AC, Smart TV and more. Relax beneath the stars on our spacious outdoor deck, where all you'll hear is the sound of birds chirping. It's all just a 15 minute walk to the village.

Two parking spaces, BUT- you can park in Arrowhead Village, which is a 3 minute drive from out place and shuttle people and equipment in.

General Rules
Two cars only. Outside catering is fine. Please keep volumes down outside past 9pm.
We live in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and expect our guests to be respectful in regards to noise. Please keep exterior noise: music, etc. to a minimum after 9 pm.
NO SMOKING- this includes inside, outside, around or near the property. This is the forest of Southern California, smoking outside is a REALLY bad idea
We love our feathered friends, please do not harass the eagles or any other wild life. This includes operating drones anywhere near the properly.
Absolutely no parties, there are security cameras that would alert us to this so please don't try to have extra guests without discussing with us first.
We live on a narrow access road so please only part in the designated parking spots.
Please throw all trash in the bins and utilize the bin locks as there is a lot of wildlife in the area.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed

We have a few cameras that we utilize outside to turn on lights and monitor guests coming and going. Nothing inside the house.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We also run this as an airbnb, so keeping it clean is a must.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
