This 5,000 square foot boutique tv, film and photo studio is ideal for shoots up to 25 people. We a variety of sets from living room, office, gym, working indoor and outdoor kitchen it also boosts a 30 ft floor to ceiling seamless green screen The studio has lighting from Kinos to China balls both free standing and hanging. There is a private street entrance and a garage door wide enough to drive a car in. Private owned by a Celebrity TV Host, the feel is upscale and modern with a state of the art stylish green room and small offices for rent as well.

great space that includes several areas for filming with different background visuals. comes with the standard green screen and white cyc capable. test kitchen looks nice too. i'd definitely recommend this space- joshua was great to work with also. our client was comfortable and happy with the space. there is room available to feed a crew if needed. makeup/ dressing room was clean and professional. more than 1 bathroom available also.
