Photography studio in a warehouse with vaulted ceilings, perfect for professional portraits, fashion/glam photography, moody boudoir and small video productions. Our space has a roll up door making it easy to load in equipment, furniture, set design, flats and more. All rentals come with the following with no additional cost: • 1x Godox VL 300 w/ light modifier • 3x Sandbags • 3x C-stands • 3x Apple boxes • A wide variety of backdrop colors • Free high-speed WiFi • Free Parking • Restroom Access Evening + Weekend Rates: $75/hr Evening - Mon-Fri, 7pm - 6am Weekend - Sat-Sun

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This is a very solid studio space! Spacious, with an array of equipment available for use. It is as it looks in the photos – which is, in my book, a good thing. Kellen and the studio staff were super responsive – both before, during and after my shoot. Would definitely rent again. (In fact, I am renting again!)
