built in 1947 this beach 1700 sgf bungalow includes a large front yard with mature trees and various sitting areas. the bungalow is a three bedroom space with ample living areas, vaulted ceilings. lounge nook. the bungalow is in the lake view sub division of mid miami beach in a park like setting, two blocks away from a lovely park. the bungalow is furnished , but for a fee can be emptied. the large 7000 sqf front yard can accommodate any set, staging and more.

3 cars fit in the parking area, 3 cars fit on the street in front of the house, 10 cars plus, two blocks away at the park.
General Rules
the space is not available for parties, or available for use after 8:30 pm only with owners approval can the space be used past 8:30 pm for photo shoots or film. smoking is allowed outside of the bungalow. exceptions can be made if smoking is an integral part of the film or photo shoot. outside catering is allowed. alcohol and bud are allowed outside of the bungalow unless exceptions are made by owner for integrity of the film or photo shoot.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
