About the Space

Our space is a large 800 square foot room. We are located in the commercial/retail area near downtown Fullerton. Our space can be used as a photo studio, dance rehearsals, art studio, and company training/meetings. We have chairs and tables available included in the rental fee. There is also a 55 inch large screen TV available to show videos or PowerPoint presentations and WiFi accessable. The room has central air and heat. The unit is a corner unit with windows in front and on the side. We have block out curtains to minimize sun light.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
