COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is professionally deep cleaned once a week, and cleaned between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

1000 square feet of useable space. Complete with a fully designed Living Room, Bedroom, and Library set. As well as a dressing room filled with lighted mirrors, hanging rack, velvet hangers and a steamer. There is also a white, black, and grey paper backdrop available for use, including a fun selfie wall with neon sign. These spaces were designed so that every level of photographer, or videographer, can just walk in and shoot. Whether it be for a family portrait session, a boudoir shoot, a fashion brand shoot, or even a music video, everyone will be able to create something beautiful.

General Rules

-No smoking is allowed anywhere in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent. -No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances -No pets allowed, unless otherwise discussed -All rentals include setup and teardown time -Furniture must be moved back to where you found it -All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval before booking -Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking -Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided -Music is to be kept at a reasonable level. We are sharing a space with other offices, please be considerate with the noise levels.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a camera in the living room set, bedroom set, library set, and the two main areas. There are no cameras in the dressing room, so feel free to use that room to change clothing if needed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
