The rentable space is approximately 1,500 square feet in total, split between two areas: The entry/street level space is 350 square feet with abundant natural light from floor to ceiling windows (morning sun). Posted photos show this space setup as a retail space (the space is now clear). It’s perfect as a pre-function space for bar, cocktails, guest registration, photobooths, champagne walls, photoshoots, video interviews, etc. The larger, slightly elevated upper level space is approximately 1,200 square feet and connects to the entry level space with five small steps.
