About the Space

can accommodate filming, photo shoot. can host bar & bottle service event with DJ or band. The inside is 3000 sq ft and can play loud music and outside is 800 sq ft and cannot play loud music. There are 4 large lounge table that can fit up to 6-8 ppl in the lounge area and 6 high top tables with booth in the bar area. There are 2 storage rooms, a gated parking in the rear.

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Adrien is a great host he was very easy to communicate with during the process. His location was perfect for our shoot. The bar was clean and everything was in place when we arrived. I highly recommend Adrien's location.
