About the Space

Studio has 2 Elegant "Royalty Room" sets which include a black and gold "Gothic" Set and a Red/ White/ Gold "Royal" set. All Furniture and props pictured are also included. Also includes 2 "Light Room" Sets which feature a neon light lines side, which can be changed to any colors, as well as a "Light Beams" Side which can be changed to blue yellow green or red light rays. 1 Seasonal Set is available and changes through the year. Right now we have the Vampire Coffin Set! Booking also includes use of our changing/make up room. Studio is located about 5 minutes away from IAH airport on the north side of Houston so it’s perfect for any features or directors flying in from out of town. STUDIO RULES •No pets allowed without prior notice. •No smoke/glitter/dust/confetti/feather or similar items in the studio without prior notice. An additional cleaning fee may be required. (also be mindful of outfits with these materials.) •No open flame allowed without prior notice. •Rental time includes set up and break-down times. The studio is open by appointment only and doors may be lock until the scheduled start time. You will be charged overtime if your party leaves later than the ending time. •Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, the cleaning fee will be added (starting from $100) and will depend on the amount of work required. •No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident. •No Smoking in the studio. •No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. •We do our best to accommodate and provide professional, friendly and honest services to all our customers and fellow artists, for this reason, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. •We reserve the right to stop any shoot at any time. Any guest under 18 years old must be supervised at all times. •We do not allow same-day rescheduled on weekends. •If the guest has not arrived within 25 minutes of the start time without any notice of running late, the session will be cancelled and be treated as a same-day cancellation. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
