About the Space
Large backyard with pickleball court as well as pool area. Could be a perfect space if looking for a retro theme. Bright blue pool surrounded by dark patio and a couple of palm trees. Entertaining spaces as well as lounge options. Home is located in Pinecrest, a beautiful area in Miami. Indoor spaces are light and bright and provide great options for a photo shoot.

Lighting description
The interior windows are extensive and provide tremendous natural light. The exterior pool area has little shade, so shoots would be best in morning or late afternoon.

In the backyard, there is street noise. There are no noise issues inside.

The home does have space for loading. There is just one small step to enter, so a ramp is probably not necessary, but could be helpful.

Health and Safety Measures
Home is kept extremely clean. Cleanliness is a priority for both parties.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
