About the Space
Mid-century architect built home in the trees with lots of windows and light when the sun shines. Features original wood panels, vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace true to the architectural time period. Originally built in 1959 our home was remodeled in 2018. We have a modern kitchen and master bathroom. We also have a covered carport which is nice for storing gear, setting up tables, etc. Our outdoor space is very quiet and private, our home backs up to natural woods and there is a creek the runs in our backyard. It is a very peaceful, private space.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors

The space was absolutely gorgeous and pristine (even more stunning than the photos!), and Tricia was so welcoming, flexible and helpful. We're really looking forward to returning to this home to capture more content!

We've booked this house two times now, and we definitely will again for future video projects! The space is stunning and comfortable, the lighting is great and easy to manage, and the owners are so kind and great to work with. We've had wonderful experiences — highly recommend!

This location was absolutely perfect for our production site. This mid-century home is gorgeous and made for an incredible backdrop for our video shoot. The property is easy to access, quiet and very versatile. Tricia was an amazing host and simply wonderful to work with. She was extremely attentive and always very quick to respond both on and off site. We really appreciated her letting us visit the house beforehand to get a sense of the space. We would come back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend!
