About the Space
Our lush outdoor space provides a sense of modernism, privacy and beauty. A manicured green belt on the side yard leads to a modern lap pool. The natural light is amazing. Our space is a beautiful backdrop for your production. The pool is 30' x 11' with a max depth of 8'. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

The living room can be available to be used as a green room if arranged in advance. There is an additional fee.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
There is no access to the interior of the house besides the restroom on the first floor, as this rental is for the outdoor space only. You will have access to all of the outdoor space, first floor restroom and the option of a green room.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

There are a number of available electrical outlets and easy access to power.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have utilized the sample cleaning professional for several years. She is amazing!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
