About the Space
The Green Palm Joshua Tree is a boho-eclectic, solar powered, eco-friendly retreat space, perfect for a family retreat/couples getaway with all the amenities for family comfort. It is great space for a small staff retreat, photoshoot, etc. Enjoy lounging in the cowboy pool, s'mores by the fire pit, stargazing, yoga, and games/activities in this getaway space to reconnect and adventure. Located on a quiet street adjacent to JT National Park mountains, 6 mins from the North Entrance to JTNP, 2 mins to shopping/dining in 29 Palms & 12 mins to JT downtown.

General Rules
- You must "baby-proof" the house to your individual safety standards.
- You will use discretion and leverage hand railings where possible for walking on steps and outdoor surfaces.
- You are liable for any property damage occurring during the stay. This includes all furnishings, appliances and mechanicals.An assessment will be done within 48 hrs of check out to determine the condition of property.
- You must lock all doors when exiting the property for extended durations.
- No smoking indoors or outdoors, including marijuana and vapes.
- No illegal substances.
- No unregistered guests or visitors.
- Keep noise levels down between 9pm and 8am.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.
- Be reasonably cautious, especially withchildren. It’s the desert, so there are cacti, coyotes, snakes, and spiders/scorpions outside.
- Be vigilant of minors 18 and under at all times, especially around the fire pit and cowboy pool. Use at your own risk. Both the fire pit and cowboy pool are not to be used between 9:30pm and 7am.

Security cameras and recording devices
Front door, Ring Camera to for safety purposes. Camera is turned on and solely for monitoring packages, guest quantity in and out, etc.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We follow all state and local guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
