About the Space
Great space for 14 - 18 people. Can be used for team meetings, offsite event, large conference calls needing AV setup, and so much more. Includes the use of beautiful common area soft seating and access to our Pantry, which includes coffee, tea, and light snacks. Onside staff can help with catering recommendations, setup of AV, etc.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Absolutely amazing experience renting this boardroom! From the staff in the lobby of the building to immaculately clean facility fully stocked with every beverage and snack you could possibly want, it was a delightful experience. Everything worked perfectly (especially the large monitor system in the meeting room which notoriously doesn't work), plus there was more than enough space for different members of my team to come work between meetings. Britt who worked the front desk during our reservation undoubtedly the best perk of this space, she did everything in her power to accommodate us and assist in any way possible. She truly went above and beyond, can't say how much we appreciated her. Highly recommend this spot.
