About the Space
This Bungalow is field with black metals and wood to give it an industrial farmhouse feel. Rhe dark grey velvet curtains gives this space an elevated feel that would make your shoot stand out. The house is great for: - Photo shoots - Podcast - Filming If guest would like to book this location for anything other than the items listed above please provide details of your production in your request.

Guest can also park along the street, however they cannot block other residents driveway and mailboxes.
General Rules

Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Guests must follow all Covid-19 rules (social distance and mask) when they are outside of the unit to protect themselves and property residence.

The space is cleaned and sanitized after each guest.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
