COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Cleaning is completed on a need-to-use basis between each and every visit. Areas that will be used are thoroughly cleansed and disinfected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

This is a cozy In-home Rehearsal Studio located just outside the city of Nashville, TN. Equipped with everything a musician might possibly need and more, including a friendly and accommodating staff. Whether preparing for your band's fist gig or polishing your set before tour, we will make you not only sound great but feel great.

Equipment Load-In takes place via the 'Load-In' room located around the back left side of the building. 2 French-Doors allow for large equipment to be moved into and out of the space.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker can be accessed

Security Cameras are located in the basement area and are active.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
