General Rules FURNITURE / PHOTOGRAPHER BACKDROP Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests within the space, but cannot be moved outside of the space. If you choose to move furniture around please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it at the end of the session. If you use our backdrop, we request that you use only what you need and make every effort to keep it as clean and smooth as possible so that it can be reused. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. If there needs to be a change in the backdrop, please contact a studio manager so they may safely change the backdrops. There will be no extending the original scheduled booking to replace time used to change backdrops upon the guests request. TIME: Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You may arrive at parking lot at most 10 minutes before your booking start time, however you must contact host to enter building and you must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a 30 minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE: Guests may smoke outside.If Smoking there will be a $250 fee charged. DAMAGES Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals brought in. Please take great care of our space, furniture and equipment so we can keep offering the same great rate to customers like you. Kindly refrain from using tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls. MISCELLANEOUS * If guest decides to use confetti or glitter, please take time to clean within the original booking to avoid any extra fee's. * No open foods on the paperback drops, (Chocolate, syrup, cake, liquids. etc.) unless allowed by a studio manager. * Guest are not allowed to change the backdrops on their own. They must contact a studio manager to do so for them. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. All ages are allowed in the space
