About the Space
Our venue is a 1,000 square foot ground floor event space. We provide the event space only; food or drink should be catered separately from an outside vendor (or you can bring your own). Users have access to entire space, which includes dining area and bar. Tables can be placed on sidewalk outside as well. There is an accessible bathroom. Complaints from multiple guests that it smelled bad (and NOT like cleaning chemicals). Nice location, but including the NAME of the bar (after the booking) would be helpful - as opposed to YB Ground Floor Bar - in order to give guests clear directions. Host was very responsive and nice!
