About the Space

Beautifully updated modern home with a unique twist: basement has been re-done as its own apartment-style space. The main level of the home includes two spacious living rooms, a modern white kitchen, a dining room and a breakfast area. The basement has its own living room, full kitchen, bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom. Large backyard has a hot tub, patio dining area, fire pit area and hammock. Perfect for photo or video shoots, retreats, meetings, and more!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Leanne and Kristy's home is beautiful and worked great for our video shoot. They were flexible and communicative throughout. My only note for others is that the current photos are wide angle and being in the space didn't feel as large as the photos make it feel here. But it was still sufficient for us.
