Host your next event in our space! Our beautiful and light-filled Craftsman home is the perfect spot to host your next family gathering, holiday party, small offsite or photoshoot. From the picturesque porch swing on the front porch to the expertly-designed modern and mid-century modern decor, you'll feel right at home at the BOXT House. The main room features a well-appointed living room for relaxing and mingling. There are 2 dining/gathering rooms -- one with a long table that comfortably seats 8-12 people, the other with a large, round table that can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchenette with a beautiful, marble countertops is great for product shots. There's also a small seating area for up to 4 people. There also are 2 sit-stand desks, WIFI and a printer in the office that can be used for office shots. Since we are a wine company, drinkboxt.com, we can also offer a guided wine tasting event for your group as an add on to your programming, and offer you a special rate for wine for your event.

Host was accommodating and responsive! The space itself is beautiful and spacious. We were even allowed an extra office space which was really great. Only caveats are: only 1 bathroom (we had about 30 people attend) and we were asked to take out our own trash. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

This is a beautiful space in a great central location. We had 30 people for a corporate meeting over three days, which was definitely at the upper limits of what the space could comfortably accommodate. The space is 2nd floor and not handicap accessible, but it served our needs very well.

Thank you for hosting! We had a great time overall and would love to plan another event here :) Pros: -Great lighting for taking content -Nice sound system for playing music -Clean bathroom available -Fridge/freezer/sink/trash cans for the event -There is space with counters for storing any event items behind a curtain in the back -Nice matching white tables and chairs for up to 32 guests -Host has great, quick communication -Spacious (we hosted about 30 people in the front room and had much more space in the back/sides) Cons: -There is a wine business handle hanging up at the front of the room which was difficult to cover up so we left it be (it wasn't our sponsor though, but will be in most of our photos now) Just a heads up for event planners: -Due to being on the second floor without an elevator, we weren't able to get a coffee catering cart (we ended up getting brewed coffee containers) -Guests found it a little hard to figure out location with address, and we didn't provide the gate code til last minute on our story so someone almost left out of frustration (make sure to communicate this via email/text as soon as possible)
