About the Space

Property is super unique, quiet, and lush. Opportunities for studio photography, indoor and outdoor. Large grassy yard with beautiful landscaping and unique lawn sculptures. Studio Features: 16' x 16' white cyc wall 8' x 8' LED continuous light softbox with color temp adjustability and full RGB. Bluetooth controlled through mobile app. 86" x 40" dining table on casters for tabletop shoots 2 C-Stands and 2 additional LED continuous lights and stands available. 2 50' 3-plug retractable wall mounted extension cords Full size garage door access to the studio. Motorcycle on cove for scale.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Excellent communication and a very cozy space. If you want to photograph/film people, you must have more lights. (I saw another person's review mentioning it and brought four lights with me. I'm glad I knew it! Thanks for writing the review!) I filmed an interview and a photo shoot/portraits and product shots afterward. Unfortunately, I occasionally heard some noises and recorded them over voices several times. Having said that, they also say "Photography" Studio. It's suitable for still photo shoots, especially product photos with a white background.

Zac was phenomenal. Responses were so quick, the space was perfect and welcoming. We did a quick two hour photo shoot and couldn’t have been easier thanks to Zac. 12/10

Clean, as advertised, lots of solid locations to shoot in. The cyc was awesome. The lighting equipment on sight was ok, we ended up using our own. Overall great experience, would come back!

Good space, overhead lighting is not a panel, it is tube lights. Just something to keep in mind, my team didn't end up using it because it wasn't strong enough. Accommodating, polite host. Clean space.

This space was PERFECT for my photo shoot. I was in a tight situation, trying to find a nice and comveienent studio space in a short timeframe. The space I wanted to book was "booked" and I came across Zac's studio, LOVED the images on the listing, and nothing compares to the awe when seeing this space in-person. Everything was thoughtfully prepared from the door being unlocked, the cozy temperature, and the available space to put my equipment. The one thing that stands out the most of this studio space is the Cyc Wall. It's not overexaggerated but for portraits It's the perfect size for individual, and group portraits. Zac takes very well care of this space and there was additional equipment like LED light stands, tripods, and retractable extension cords. Hopefully soon I'll be speaking to Zac again to book this space more!
