Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The house boasts vaulted ceilings downstairs and in the owner's suite. All the walls are a warm white, eggshell finish. There is tons of natural light that moves beautifully throughout the day. One bedroom, the owner's room, is furnished. There are two open rooms upstairs, with no beds, which allows for a blank slate! There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The owner's bathroom has a large garden tub. 1 half bath downstairs with the utility room.

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras outside that capture the whole front of the house, ring doorbell with a camera and a camera that films the living room and dining room. All will be on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
