Unique warehouse space currently operating as a classic car showroom and art gallery. Located in the sleepy, industrial neighborhood of Signal Hill, right off PCH, you'll find ample free parking in a great location, killer Cambodian food within walking distance, and a laid-back vibe. Space is approx 3700sqft with tall ceilings, an open floor plan, and art gallery-style entrance. Classic cars can be included and staged at additional cost. Up to three (3) high-end driving simulators also available for rent. Loft area is available for an additional fee. We have relationships with some great local coffee shops, eateries, and breweries to assist with your catering needs. We also have projectors set up to display immersive content on the walls. You'll find all-new electrical with tons of outlets, 220, bright(!) overhead LED lights and bluetooth color-changing mood lighting.
