A large 1100 sq ft open floor plan for visual creativity with the options for beautiful ambient light or near darkness for well controlled photography or videography and boudoir. Visual bookings include the first floor, lighting and use of the basic backdrops. Includes WiFi Sonos Sound System w Apple and Spotify Premium 50" Mobile TV with HDMI input Mandatory cleaning fee depending on event size over 10 persons or confetti, liquids etc. Extra Options furnishing options like chairs and tables Instax Minis Projector Extra Lighting Sliders Nearby Courtyard Bathrooms Parking lot and Designed Smoking Area (outside courtyard)
