About the Space
Hello! Welcome to my cozy peaceful place! This place is great for filming, photoshoot, a dinner, audio recording/podcasting, and so much more! You can use each area for something different! We have additional props such as an “on-air” neon sign, baking utensils ,greenery wall, and etc to use for your photo shoots, podcasts and more. The options for what you can do are endless! If you would like to host a romantic dinner or a small brunch here and in need of a chef and/or decor we also offer those services! I look forward to working with you! The possibility are endless just inquiry!

There is a Ring doorbell upon entry of the apartment.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
