About the Space
Ideal for outdoor events, pool parties, bridal showers, photo shoots, ceremonies, health retreats etc. Vast yard with a pool, hot tub and sauna. Magical space littered with oak trees, citrus trees and a garden to graze on. Front house is a three bedroom house with two bathrooms, back house is ideal for an office with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Back house is a one bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom, doors open up into the backyard.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

One day before my wedding rehearsal, we were thrown a curve ball with needing a new location to host 45 guests. I came across Cynthia’s listing which was the only available space most convenient for our gathering. She responded to our SOS within 3 hours late at night and accepted our booking first thing in the morning. She hustled to help me out and got her home ready for us all day. She was even kind and offered to stick around to help set up. Cynthia was the true mvp for our rehearsal. Although caught off guard with a last minute booking, she was completely understanding and came to the rescue. Her home is charming and very spacious. It was perfect space to hold the wedding rehearsal and dinner both indoor and outdoor. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. There are no words to describe our gratitude. I felt panicked at that moment amongst all other things wedding related. Cynthia was a friendly soul and brought calmness to the chaos. It warms our hearts knowing we have amazing people in our neighborhood. Thank you, Cynthia!
