The cleaner spends approximately 5 hours cleaning the property after every checkout. All the towels and covers will be washed and replaced.

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

No Parties ! Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. No smoking of any kind. The late check out charge is $50. If the late check out time exceeds 2 hours after the check-out time, the base rate on that day without discount will be charged. Any refunds requested by any affected travelers because of the late check out, the current guest has to reimburse any refund given.
