Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

At the studio we make sure to follow all government guidelines on COVID-19 we also have a professional cleaner servicing the studio around the clock

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Creative Workspace Studio Professional space for entrepreneurs, actors, casting directors, models, artists and other types of creatives. The location is very well known as the base of media, fashion and tech sectors with many local art galleries, art studios, exhibitions, installations and pop-up restaurants. 1 minute from Hackney wick Overground station . The rest of the building is occupied by artists, photographers, painters and other creative businesses. General Rules

No smoking in the building Food and drink is permitted in the studio with authorisation from the studio manager. Any spillages must be cleared by the client and reported to management. The studio must be left clean and tidy ready for the next client. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Under no circumstances should liquids be put in the bins. All dishes must be cleaned in the sink area outside the studio door. If additional bin liners are required please notify the studio manager If this is not adhered to, a cleaning fee will be added to the rate.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
