About the Space
My recording studio has a lounge to be used for hookah or gaming Have a ps5 to play Also can take great photos and record music The first area when u walk in is a lounge area also used for hookah or photo shoots There is a fridge a hot plate coffe maker and microwave that can be used at your convenience There is a ps5 and tv in the first room The second room is the control room for the studio The next room is the booth for recording music and across from the booth is a bathroom

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After every booking I have a professional housekeeper to come in and thoroughly cleaned each and every surface
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
