This open and light space is perfectly spotted in the North Park Area. Conveniently located, this space is great for meetings, intimate or professional settings, social hours, photo shoots, art exhibitions, classes and hopefully much more. We are using this space it to create a community outlet, that is not only open to professionals, but the public as well. Enhanced cleaning measures:

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This space was perfect for our farewell party. We had a friend dj and brought a beer keg. 50 people fit and danced comfortably. Thank you!

No, I would not book again.

The space is awesome, open, and overall easy to utilize for mostly any purpose. We had a great time throwing a welcome party/wedding celebration for 50 people, including DJs and our own sound equipment. Be aware that you cannot hang anything on the walls, but we were able to still make a little Photo Booth by hanging the backdrop from some wood slats with permission from the hosts. I think for me, communication would have been easier if we’d just been dealing directly with Paige, as it sometimes felt redundant or confusing to have two different people in charge of the listing.

Paige and Kyle were amazing hosts. Incredible communication and extremely helpful with everything I needed for the party. Very unique and spacious venue. Sound system was great. We had 50 people show up and there was more than enough room for everyone to move around, dance, and have a good time. I would definitely book again, thank you both again!

Venue was just as pictured. We had access to the sound system and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. It's a bargain and I would recommend if the location suits your needs.

Amazing location! Worked perfectly for our shoot and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our unique needs. Load in was easy, spot has amazing light, and it's a versatile space for diverse needs. Highly recommend. I hope to be back for future productions!

Fabulous, well-designed venue for our social mixer after an art show opening nearby. Perfect, classy place to have some drinks and nibbles with guests you’d like to impress. The hosts were very responsive and flexible with our requests. Venue provides much of what we needed to set up a great party (music sound system, lighting, drink serveware, etc.). If you need something specific, I suggest asking, they can probably accommodate!

Amazing space, the art is beautiful and is a great backdrop for photography. Paige and Kyle were also super communicative and helpful.
